The problem

You’re a coach, not a marketing department.

Your gym is elite. Your website is a 2013 Wix page.

The training speaks for itself once someone walks in. The site is what decides whether they walk in.

Boosting posts is not a funnel.

A boosted post with no landing page, no offer, and no tracking is a donation to Meta, not a campaign.

No time to film, edit, and post.

Between teaching, admin, and your own training, content is the first thing to fall off — every single week.

What we do

Three services. One team.

Run them together as a funnel, or start with the one that’s bleeding.

01

Web Design

A fast, mobile-first site built around one job: turning a visitor into a booked trial.

  • Trial-funnel landing pages
  • Class schedule + booking
  • Instructor & program pages
  • Hosting and edits handled

Sites load in under a second and read clearly on the phone people actually use.

02

Paid Ads

Meta and Google campaigns geo-targeted to the drive time around your gym, tracked end to end.

  • Campaign build + creative
  • Geo & audience targeting
  • Conversion tracking setup
  • Monthly optimisation

You see cost per trial, not vanity impressions — and where every dollar went.

03

Video Content

Quarterly shoot days at your academy, cut into a steady feed of reels and retention edits.

  • On-site shoot days
  • Reels & shorts editing
  • Retention-first edits
  • Posting cadence plan

A month of content from one afternoon — no filming between rounds.

How it works

Three steps to a full mat.

  1. 01

    Game plan

A paid audit of your site, ads, and content, then a strategy call. You leave with a written plan whether or not we work together.

  2. 02

    Build & launch

We build the site, set up tracking, launch the ad campaigns, and run the first shoot day — typically inside three to four weeks.

  3. 03

    Roll & refine

Monthly reporting in plain language, campaign optimisation, and a steady content feed. We adjust as the numbers come in.

Why academies stay

The team running your funnel trains here too.

What academy owners say

We went from filming classes on my phone and hoping, to a booked calendar of intro privates. First month back on the new site we filled the beginner program. I coach; they handle the rest.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is there a contract?

Month to month after an initial 90-day runway. The runway exists because ads and content need time to produce data worth reading — not to lock you in.

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain, the site, the ad accounts, and the analytics are all in your name from day one. If we part ways, you keep everything and we hand over access.

What ad budget do I need?

We recommend a minimum of $1,000/mo in ad spend on top of management, so campaigns can exit the learning phase. Below that, start with Website only.

How often do you post content?

One shoot day per quarter feeds roughly three posts a week. We plan the cadence with you and schedule everything; you approve the month ahead in one sitting.

How soon will I see results?

A new site usually lifts trial bookings within weeks. Paid ads take 4–6 weeks to stabilise. Content compounds over months. We report the whole time so nothing is a mystery.

Can I cancel?

Yes, with 30 days notice after the runway. We turn off campaigns cleanly, hand over all assets, and there is no exit fee.

Ready to fill your mats?

Book a strategy call. You’ll leave with a written plan for your site, ads, and content — whether or not we end up working together.
